Symmes Township home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Symmes Township fell by $94,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $294,000 - a 24.2% decrease over the $388,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Symmes Township in August 2016.
