Mount Healthy home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Mount Healthy rose by $13,500 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 29% increase over the $46,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mount Healthy in July 2016.
