St. Bernard home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in St. Bernard rose by $12,750 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,000 - a 15.9% increase over the $80,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Bernard in July 2016.
