Sharonville home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Sharonville fell by $2,958 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,500 - a 2.3% decrease over the $127,458 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Sharonville in July 2016.
