Monfort Heights South home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Monfort Heights South fell by $10,100 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,900 - a 7% decrease over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Monfort Heights South in July 2016.
