Deer Park home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Deer Park rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 9.6% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Deer Park in July 2016.
