Colerain Township home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Colerain Township rose by $14,500 while total sales increased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 8.1% increase over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Colerain Township in July 2016.
