Harrison home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Harrison rose by $58,500 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,000 - a 36.9% increase over the $158,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Harrison in July 2016.
