Wyoming home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Wyoming rose by $98,940 while total sales increased by 162.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 49.2% increase over the $201,060 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Wyoming in July 2016.
