Kenwood home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Kenwood rose by $129,450 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,950 - a 69.8% increase over the $185,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Kenwood in July 2016.
