Symmes Township home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Symmes Township fell by $38,405 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $321,595 - a 10.7% decrease over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Symmes Township in July 2016.
