Glendale home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Glendale rose by $236,825 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $381,450 - a 163.8% increase over the $144,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Glendale in July 2016.
