Indian Hill home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Indian Hill fell by $125,250 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $960,000 - a 11.5% decrease over the $1,085,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Indian Hill in July 2016.
