Lincoln Heights home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Lincoln Heights fell by $2,485 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $15,250 - a 14% decrease over the $17,735 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lincoln Heights in June 2016.
