The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in North College Hill fell by $2,900 while total sales decreased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,000 - a 4.5% decrease over the $64,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in North College Hill in June 2016.
