St. Bernard home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in St. Bernard rose by $70,839 while total sales increased by 450%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,300 - a 346.2% increase over the $20,462 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in St. Bernard in June 2016.
