Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $27,250 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,000 - a 30% increase over the $90,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in June 2016.
