Cincinnati home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Cincinnati fell by $3,500 while total sales increased by 27.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 499 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 2.7% decrease over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 391 homes sold in Cincinnati in June 2016.
