Greenhills home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Greenhills rose by $63,500 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 103.3% increase over the $61,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Greenhills in June 2016.
