Cleves home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Cleves rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 25.7% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Cleves in June 2016.
