Reading home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Reading rose by $2,950 while total sales increased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,950 - a 2.3% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Reading in June 2016.
