Finneytown home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Finneytown rose by $33,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,750 - a 33.1% increase over the $100,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Finneytown in June 2016, as well.
