Newtown home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Newtown fell by $12,000 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,000 - a 8.2% decrease over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Newtown in June 2016.
