Norwood home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Norwood fell by $11,850 while total sales increased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 8.1% decrease over the $146,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Norwood in June 2016.
