Springfield Township home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Springfield Township rose by $50,500 while total sales decreased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 57.7% increase over the $87,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Springfield Township in June 2016.
