Wyoming home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Wyoming fell by $131,500 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,500 - a 33.7% decrease over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Wyoming in June 2016.
