Blue Ash home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Blue Ash rose by $29,500 while total sales increased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,500 - a 12% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Blue Ash in June 2016.
