North Bend home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in North Bend fell by $98,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,250 - a 25.9% decrease over the $379,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Bend in June 2016, as well.
