Mariemont home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Mariemont rose by $202,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,000 - a 72.8% increase over the $277,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Mariemont in June 2016.
