North College Hill home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in North College Hill fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,500 - a 8.2% decrease over the $67,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in North College Hill in May 2016.
