Cheviot home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Cheviot rose by $8,700 while total sales remained unchanged with 23 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,600 - a 11.6% increase over the $74,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Cheviot in May 2016, as well.
