Colerain Township home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Colerain Township fell by $17,450 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,000 - a 15.7% decrease over the $111,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Colerain Township in May 2016.
