Bridgetown home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Bridgetown fell by $18,650 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,250 - a 16.5% decrease over the $112,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Bridgetown in May 2016.
