Greenhills home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Greenhills rose by $12,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,000 - a 13.5% increase over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Greenhills in May 2016, as well.
