Finneytown home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Finneytown fell by $57,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,500 - a 37.3% decrease over the $154,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Finneytown in May 2016, as well.
