Norwood home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Norwood rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,500 - a 19.4% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Norwood in May 2016.
