White Oak home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in White Oak rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,500 - a 4.7% increase over the $105,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in White Oak in May 2016.
