Cincinnati home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Cincinnati fell by $9,000 while total sales increased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 397 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,500 - a 6.9% decrease over the $129,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 368 homes sold in Cincinnati in May 2016.
