Silverton home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Silverton rose by $25,750 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,750 - a 24.8% increase over the $104,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Silverton in May 2016.
