Deer Park home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Deer Park rose by $9,250 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,000 - a 7.5% increase over the $123,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Deer Park in May 2016.
