Anderson Township home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Anderson Township fell by $35,750 while total sales increased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,000 - a 17.2% decrease over the $207,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Anderson Township in May 2016.
