Blue Ash home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Blue Ash fell by $16,925 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,075 - a 7.7% decrease over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Blue Ash in May 2016.
