North Bend home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in North Bend rose by $185,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 616.7% increase over the $30,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Bend in May 2016.
