Shaker Heights home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Shaker Heights fell by $1,100 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,900 - a 0.8% decrease over the $131,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Shaker Heights in January 2016.
