Symmes Township home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Symmes Township rose by $24,758 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $302,500 - a 8.9% increase over the $277,743 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Symmes Township in May 2016.
