Indian Hill home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Indian Hill fell by $80,125 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $822,875 - a 8.9% decrease over the $903,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Indian Hill in May 2016.
