Lincoln Heights home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Lincoln Heights fell by $14,439 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $16,360 - a 46.9% decrease over the $30,799 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lincoln Heights in April 2016, as well.
