St. Bernard home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in St. Bernard fell by $39,500 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $28,500 - a 58.1% decrease over the $68,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in St. Bernard in April 2016.
