Elmwood Place home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Elmwood Place rose by $19,150 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,650 - a 81.5% increase over the $23,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Elmwood Place in April 2016, as well.
