Strongsville home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Strongsville rose by $4,700 while total sales increased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,950 - a 3.1% increase over the $152,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Strongsville in January 2016.
